What do I have to do to participate?

To participate in Run4, all you need to do is sign up. Once you register, you will not need to go through the registration process every time you want to run with us, you will already become a member of our community. To participate in special events, yes, you will need to make a new registration for that specific event, for normal Sunday sessions you will not need to.

Question 2

How much does it cost to participate in the Sunday runs?

Nothing, completely free, Run4 has no intention of profiting from runners. All you need to do is sign up and join us.

Question 3

Time, place and day?

- Every Sunday, except long weekends. 
- Victoria Park Car Park, next to the Basketball court.
- Meet 8:50, run 9:20am*.

*around this time, get their early to guarantee.

Question 4

Where do you run and how far?

We run around the city center, the route changes every week, to ensure everyone has a different experience every Sunday. Our routes are between 5km and 7km.

Question 5

I have never run in my life, can I participate?

Accepted Answer

If it's your first time running, our main recommendation is that you go out for a run a couple of times alone and join us the third time.

Why? Running alone will help you understand your pace, your breathing, your effort, it will help you understand yourself in general. If you've never run before and go to a running group and don't like it, there's a good chance you'll associate the running group with a bad experience and we don't want that.

This recommendation is so that you better understand your body, your limits and the sport. After that, we will be very honored to have you with us.

I'm still a beginner, can I participate?

Of course, Run4 was designed to suit all fitness levels. Remember, it's not a race, it's a social run, for you to have fun, meet new people and sweat, of course.
