This is a 15-week training program designed to help you prepare physically and mentally for the Auckland Marathon 2025, whether you're aiming for the half or full distance. Created by Run4auckland's founder Diego Silveira and strength coach Marwin Silerio, the program combines structured running plans, progressive strength training, and weekly community support.

It’s important to note that this program is completely independent from our Sunday sessions. Our Sunday community runs will always remain free and open to everyone, just as they have for the past five years. This new program is an optional add-on for those who want structured support, expert coaching, and a more personalized path to race day.

He specializes in strength and performance training, and has helped hundreds of clients build injury-resistant bodies, boost confidence, and improve overall health. Marwin brings energy, empathy, and a deep understanding of how to prepare both the body and mind for endurance events.

Founder and Captain of Run4auckland, and an official Road Runner for the Auckland Marathon. With over 15 years of running experience and more than 30 half marathons under his belt, Diego has coached over 50 runners across all levels. He’s known for his community-driven approach and for creating structured, personalized plans that help people achieve their running goals while balancing everyday life.
